Relationship in a certain company come with hot appreciation, good communication and the way you mingle to them . And sometimes our leisure as a worker in such company doesn’t used rightly; we were just spending it for our own benefits and for our own desirement , but vigattin doesn’t make it bad, they are making  some techniques as well as special events to lessen that certain burdens of their employees. The objectives of this is to have a strong union, trust,trust and loyalty of the stakeholders as well as the customers .

Last october 12, 2016 , One event was held at Araneta Garage Parking South Cubao and was witnessed by some employees and members of vigattin insurance and many more insurance company  that blast their moments intense with Joyfulness and excitement. In the several times  they dont experience to be with their co_workers together  and to Re-unite with those affiliated companies , the awaiting events will be granted, answered prayer as they say because right at that time  it is now their oppurtunity to be part of the said event (UCCP EON PILIPINAS). Many of them were surprised due to many exciting programs and competitions. .But it is also  their time to show and expose the company name for popularity and for further explanation of what does VIGATTIN really means. the Vigattin members also did flyering and quoting to some car of clients  headed by one of the members named Ms. marilyn Rivera and campanions. This is to encourage and explain to them the advantages and disadvantages of being insured and not, It is really their pleasure to be with the events and to be with their friends  . As they say, this  is a great achievement for them to be associated and reunite in one events because they can deeply communicate in each other and execute their leisure with passion on servicing their friends and clients . as they seek the best relationship, most especially with the company ,  and  At the end, the majority of them says that they want a second event to be reunited again as a whole .
